Our job here at Alexandra Nesterak Events is to tell that story through thoughtful planning, creative details and dreamy decor.  We see the planning experience as an investment in your future memories and the stories you will tell for years to come.

We are only offering our Month-Of Coordination service for 2027 & 2028. Our involvement begins two months out with your venue walk through and ends with 15 hours of wedding day coverage. It includes creation of timeline/floor plans/decor list, vendor team communication, decor pickup & transport, and rehearsal coordination. The service is priced at $5k.
